“Only Certificate of Analysis bearing both RLS and PLS are considered valid in line with Section 14(2) of the IPAN Act. Also, it MUST be emphasized that affixing the PLS alone on any CoA without the corresponding RLS or on any CoA from an unregistered laboratory is a violation of the extant rules and an act of professional misconduct which if found guilty by the Institute’s Disciplinary Tribunal would lead to sanction.”
